Offline license management

When to use this website

This website is used for offline product activation and deactivation, when the target computer isn't connected to the internet.
If the target computer with a DisplayImg installation is connected to the internet, use the online activation and deactivation instead.

Please be aware that a product key must be used only for one DisplayImg installation at the same time. If you intend to re-use a license key, you must de-activate the license before doing so.

Process License Files

How to activate your license

  • For a offline activation you must first install DisplayImg on the target computer.
  • The license management tool opens automatically on DisplayImg startup, when no license is activated.
  • Press Activate Product Key.
  • Enter your product key. The product key can be found on your license certificate.
  • Press Active Offline.
  • Press Save activation request file.
  • Save the file and transfer it to a computer which is connected to the internet (this computer).
  • Select the request file you want to process on this website and process it.
  • Download the resulting activation response file and transfer it to the target computer
  • On the target computer open the activation response in the license management tool by pressing Open Activation Response.
  • After restarting DisplayImg the procedure is finished, and your DisplayImg software is activated now.

How to deactivate your license

  • For a offline deactivation DisplayImg must be installed and activated on the target computer.
  • Open the license management tool in the about dialog by pressing the Manage Product Key button.
  • Press Deactivate Product Key.
  • Press Deactive Offline.
  • Press Save deactivation request file.
  • Save the file and transfer it to a computer which is connected to the internet (this computer).
  • Select the request file you want to process on this website and process it.
  • DisplayImg is deactivated now, and the license key can be used for a DisplyaImg installation again.

I need help, I'm unable to deactivate my product key

If you activated your license key, and you are unable to deactivate it (e.g. the computer containing the activation is damaged), please contact the edevis customer support for assistance.
